SUMAR EXPO 2027 offers exhibitor booths at Fífan, 7–9 May 2027. Below is an overview of pricing and key information. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibition space without a system
Booth pricing is ISK 24,900 per m² indoors and ISK 7,200 per m² outdoors. The minimum booth size is 9 m². Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibition system
Exhibitors at SUMAR EXPO can either bring their own system or use an exhibition contractor. SUMAR EXPO partners with Merking, which has decades of experience with large-scale exhibitions and deep expertise in designing and building booths. See Service providers for more.
Merking offers a dedicated package for SUMAR EXPO 2027 exhibitors. The package includes: stone-grey carpet tiles, installed system walls, installation of fascia boards, the exhibitor’s name on the fascia, and three lights. Price: ISK 9,990 per m².

Fixed fee
The fixed fee is ISK 49,000 per exhibitor. It covers security, cleaning of aisles and common areas in the hall and entrance, general waste collection, electricity for lighting, fire safety, and Wi-Fi.
Electricity
Electricity is included in the fixed fee, but electrical sockets are not. Exhibitors should order sockets and additional lighting from the relevant service provider — see Service providers.
